Hardwood Mechanic ▼

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Hardwood Mechanic that is looking for a career. If you are a current mechanic, this is the job for you! Essential Functions:
Complete residential and commercial hardwood installations which include cutting, placing, and seaming materials while maintaining safe working conditions.

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years’ experience as a hardwood mechanic.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Ability to use and understand GPS driving aides.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs.
  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Maintain safe work practices.
  • Maintain equipment with care and attention to detail.
  • Must know basic math and how to read a tape measure.
  • Ability to differentiate between colors.

Residential Interior Designer ▼

 
We are currently in search of an experienced Residential Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work primarily with our residential clients. This position has a flexible schedule that can accommodate either part time or full-time hours.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Works with clients to determine initial goals and requirements for the space to be designed.
  • Analyzes movement and use patterns of the space.
  • Prepares sketches or other visual aids to demonstrate preliminary designs to client.
  • Consults with client to select materials, furnishings, and decor.
  • Uses design applications to prepare and illustrate final plans.
  • Ensures client satisfaction by visiting the project on completion with the client; resolves any complaints or concerns.
  • Maintains current knowledge of trends and materials, techniques, and other developments in interior design.
  • Performs other related duties.

Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of residential interior design experience.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to apply a sense of style to create aesthetically pleasing interiors.
  • Strong visual design skills including proportion and aesthetics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to use computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
